The Association of Indian Universities (AIU), in their 341st meeting held on 9th January, 2017 in AIU House, New Delhi recognised qualification of fellowship of Institute of Actuaries of India equivalent to a Masters degree of an Indian University for the purpose of admission to higher studies, including PhD programs.
